What is the cost?
I accept insurance through Headway and am credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Oscar, & Oxford.
I can also provide a superbill for out of network insurances.
My private pay rate is $120 per hour.
Who do I see?
I see adults clients for individual counseling. I believe we are all worthy of dignity and respect and all clients are welcome with me.
What are my areas of interest?
I greatly enjoy working with college students and adults. I like to focus on life changes and challenges, as well as loss and grief, and the LGBTQ+ communities. I spend much of my time working with clients who struggle with anxiety, and depression, as well as self-esteem and self-worth. I find it rewarding not only to help clients process their concerns but also teach skills to better handle their symptoms and concerns.
How do I see clients?
I see clients both in person in the office in Nacogdoches, Texas and telehealth via Zoom, whichever works best with your schedule and location.
What to expect in the first session?
The first session is often the most anxiety inducing and intimidating session for clients. This session is about getting to know one another and the concerns bringing you to counseling, going over the rules and expectations of counseling, and seeing if we are a good fit. If we are, that's great, we schedule another. session If not, that's okay also! I'm here to help you find what is the best fit for you. I am located in the building with Solmonson Counseling Associates with a wonderful group of counselors.
How are counseling records requested?
Should a client like to request their counseling records, they will need to reach out directly to me and sign a written records request. I will then prepare and provide the requested records.
